Los Angeles is hard on exteriors. Direct UV, coastal salt air on the west side and thirty degree daily swings pull coatings apart faster than most homeowners expect. We treat the exterior as a system, not a color.
Every job starts with a wash, then scraping and sanding of any failing coating, rebuilding damaged wood or stucco, and caulking the joints where water actually gets in. Bare and repaired areas get spot primed with the right primer for that substrate — masonry, wood and metal each need something different. Then we apply a 100% acrylic system rated for this climate. Elastomeric where stucco cracking calls for it, breathable coatings on older plaster that needs to release moisture.
