Who we are

Fernan Inestroza founded Master Painting Inc. after years on other people's crews, watching the same corners get cut: skipping the wash, painting over failing coating, calling one coat two.

Everything about how we run jobs comes out of that. Surfaces get washed, scraped, sanded, patched, caulked and primed before a finish coat goes anywhere near them. Products get named on the estimate by brand and sheen so you know exactly what you are paying for. The crew that starts your job is the crew that finishes it, and we walk the property with you at the end so anything on the punch list gets fixed before we invoice.

We work in English and Spanish, on homes and on commercial properties, across Los Angeles County. Most of our work now comes from referrals and repeat clients — property managers who need consistent unit turnovers, and homeowners who call us back when it is time to do the exterior.

What you can expect

A free walkthrough and a written, itemized estimate — usually within two business days.
Named products, named sheens, and a stated number of coats. No vague "two coats of quality paint."
Furniture moved and wrapped, floors and fixtures masked, and the site left clean each evening.
A workmanship warranty stated in writing on the estimate, not promised verbally.
